The puffco pen all of a sudden is not working. Sometimes it doesnt heat up and I still have my warranty. Can I speak to the manager? Or Can I get my money back?

My peak pro is NOT even 1 yr old and the battery started having issues a few weeks ago, thought it was operating error, which is wasn't, and now it has just has completely stopped working !! I have emailed them, with NO response, and, when you call, you get an answering machine that doesn't even let you leave a message...not that anyone would call back at this point ! NOT HAPPY, especially paying this kind of money !!...should last A LOT longer and be able to get a customer service rep on the phone for exchange. They are not honoring their warranty ! THIS IS NOT RIGHT

I purchased a device and I was only able to use it three times before device stop completely charging device Does not charge at all! And only had it a few weeks to occur now the device completely stopped working! Its very frustrating as well to have such an expensive device stop working on you so rapidly after purchase!

Puffco peak atomizer not working

Puffco peak atomizer not working

I got my atomizer less then a week ago everything was fine it was hitting fine and then today I went to go hit for the first time and it gave me the flashing rainbow light. So after that I looked up what I could do to fix it told me to clean it with alcohol I did that and it still gave me the flashing light then I watched another video of it saying the wires in the atomizer could be touching or could be misplaced so it had me take it apart and put it back together I did all of that about 3 or 4 times and it still wasnt working I got this less then a week ago and cost me about $50 just curious on what I can do to get it fixed or if I can get a new one. Also this isnt the first time this has happened but Ive been able to fix it but this one is not working when Ive tried to fix it.

I tried calling and did not receive an answer. I called a couple other numbers associated with them and nothing. I also had sent a couple emails last week still no response. The products when working properly are top notch. Ive tried almost all the rigs out there and Peak pro plus is def the best.

User's recommendation: Listen up potential future Puffco customers and listen carefully please. Their products in my opinion are top of line and definitely the best electric rigs. I’ve had both the peak pro and the Peak Pro plus and they work outstanding. Then one day when you are about to sit and have a session lock and load and then the lights blink meaning something is wrong. On the original Puffco peak the fixes are fairly easy to fix,always get a real atomizer made for your device and that will save a lot of your problems. As far as my peak pro I had gotten it 18 days ago. Even spent money to get the Guardian special edition and I was enjoying some diamonds and all of the sudden it just stop working. I tried everything the base of the device won’t even power on. When I plug in charger to base still nothing. Yeah I got a special edition right, maybe they should have named it the Garbage because this particular unit is just that. If there is any way to actually get a number to talk to someone pretty please list it for me. Great when the rig works properly!!!

I just bought the Peak Pro after my Peak just stopped working. I took the new one home yesterday really excited to use it and no smoke. Really come on I pay $500 for something I want it to work. And I also have all this concentrate thats not going to be potent anymore. I want to exchange this broken device for a new one PLEASE one that works as well as my Puffco peak. I couldnt schedule a timed delivery and every time it was delivered I was at work and unable to sign the paperwork to receive it. The ability to contact customer service is impossible and I need a refund for the puffco I never received. I tried emailing to even pick it up myself at a location but weeks have gone by with still no reply.

POS Rarely Works SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Horrible device never works. Never connects to the app they love to brag about. Forget it the pos works 5% of the time. Total garbage. I've spent 90% of the time with it trying to get it to work. The atomizer doesn't fit well. It's always disconnecting and shutting down the device.

Puffco has made a great product, HOWEVER, CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ! I am getting NO WHERE with their customer service. My rig died and I have only had it 11 months. They will not return my emails, nor messages left on the ONLY # they have. NOT RIGHT FOR THE PRICE WE PAY !

I was given a present of a lovely Proxy Wizard, the donor did not know that it needed a proxy kit in order to provide a vaporizer. I tried to reach a human T Puffco in order to help me with the purchase. Despite numerous attempts to accomplish that, I found it impossible to reach anyone but got directed to a wholesale department. After significant time and numerous efforts I was unable to reach someone to help me with my purchase. Very frustrating and a disincentive for any customer. Not good policy from Puffco. What experience? That's because I have not had any I have been trying and trying to get some answers and they have a 10day return policy but u can get any help on how to make that happen I mean I spent 300$ and it won't even turn on that may not be a lot of money to some people but to me it is because I work very hard for that money and for me to just get ripped off like that it really bums me out and to not even get any help to fix the problem when they know that they're selling bunk product not cool

Customer Service is Non-existent

It's been over a month since I placed my order and I've gotten no updates, no response to my customer service request and they don't answer their customer service phone line. I wasn't home and got a phone call form a random number and when I answered this girl said "I'm outside bring out your ID" when I asked for what and why she was super confused and only said my name and asked for ID wouldn't tell me anything else.

Of course I told her wrong number bye! Only to find out later it was my order.

Now they don't answer and I don't have my money back or any help. I should have just gone to a local smokeshop to buy my stuff.
